Nor do we disguise any broker fees as client fees. * Being totally independent and governed by the Financial Services Authority, we are at liberty to also offer you the option of charging you for our services by way of a fee. If you wish to choose this option, then a broker fee would then become payable, which may be up to 1% of the loan. For example, on a £100,000 mortgage, the fee charged would be £1000.
